With the online platform and in-person clinic visits a healthcare coach is available for consult from the comfort of your home or office in few minutes, on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Patient visits are systematic, efficient and online self- scheduling is convenient. The healthcare coach can review your symptoms, answer questions regarding your health, acute and/or chronic condition (s) as well as provide referral whenever necessary.
We are available online and by appointment in-person to see individual clients.
Clients 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the
virtual and in-person clinic visit.

EVA GOUBEAUX
MSN, APRN, CNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Eva earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Cum Laude, from the Bicol University College of Nursing in the Philippines in 1996.
In 2007, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing major in Nursing Administration at the Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She was inducted to the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society Of Nursing.
Eva also holds a post-master’s certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner earned in 2013 from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, California.
She also earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines in 2001.
She has a strong background in lifestyle and preventive medicine, cardiology, otolaryngology, nephrology, medical-surgical, inpatient rehabilitation,
primary care and family practice.
On June 12-13, 2020, she attended the Lifestyle and Preventive Medicine conference "Tools on Promoting Healthy Change" at the Harvard Medical School. She is an affiliate member of the Institute Of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate.
She is passionate about serving the community regardless of age, gender, race, social, political and economic status.
She is the current chief executive officer of Integrative Holistic Healthcare, a lifestyle and preventive health / wellness clinic that focuses on six pillars to attain quality lifestyle and holistic wellness of individual clients, i.e. maintaining well-balanced nutrition and healthy diet, adequate exercise/movement, stress management/mindfulness training, building quality/strong relationships, adequate sleep/rest/relaxation, avoidance of illicit drugs, moderate alcohol intake, and smoking cessation.

Her mission is to empower clients to attain holistic wellness as a result of evidence-based strategies, tools, and techniques with therapeutic
approaches to effect healthy changes in clients diet, exercise, sleep and lifestyle ​modalities through a collaborative team approach.
​
Her ultimate goal is to empower clients across the lifespan to take charge of their own health regardless of their zip codes and attain a better quality of health and well-being.
She loves to travel and to spend quality time with family.

ANGELEE ORTICIO, BSN, RN
Health Coach
Angelee is a registered nurse, graduate of Bicol University College of Nursing in the Philippines.
She took up Master in Management in Bicol University Graduate School. She has experience in healthcare marketing, basic occupational safety and health practices. She also worked as a HIV counselor in a fast-paced, high client volume Industrial clinic . She was a Utilization Review Nurse in health insurance specializing in Worker's Compensation.
She earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

She is an affiliate member of Institute Of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School affiliate.
